Quirky little boat

There's this quirky little boat in Roche Harbor, Washington named the "Phecal Phreak". I didn't come up with the name.  My first impression when I saw it was someone was trying to make a statement and was doing it in the most obnoxious way possible moored in front of the million dollar yachts. I just had to laugh at the word play: "We take crap from anyone." I'm not a boat person so what I didn't know is the Fecal Freak has an almost fanatical following in the marina because of the service it provides.
