En Plein air: 9/16/2014

The wild fires to the east and south of us are filling the valley with smoke. Everything has an eerie yellow cast to it. The mountains in the distance are obscured. The air smells like wherever the smoke has come from, the burn was hot. News reports the fires are 0% contained which explains everything.
