En Plein air: 6/2/2014

What to do with a cloudy morning. Well, make the most of it. The clouds obscured the mountains in the distance but the sun peeking through made for some interesting ambiance on the hills. This plein air stuff is kind of growing on me.  

 

I'm considering posting an invitation to the members of the local art guild to join me riverside but I doubt they would find the 5am hour to be a sane time to be painting. And I rather enjoy the quiet solitude. I've never been one to need a crowd to enjoy what I'm doing.
