Last call

For the past twenty years I've worked with a rabbit breed called Tan.  I am the District One Director for the American Tan Rabbit Specialty Club and the North American representative for the Tan Rabbit Club in the UK.  Through this hobby I've met a lot of folks I wouldn't have had the opportunity otherwise.  I love working with these rabbits.  To say I've had a great time would be an understatement but it's time to close this door so another can open to a different adventure.  I will be retiring from showing after the annual convention this month.  I plan to continue creating more work based on these wonderful rabbits so you'll still see more of them, just not on the show tables.

Interesting day for sketching yesterday. It rained (poured) on and off between glaring bits of sunshine so my values are all over the map.

While I was having the Tan clubs tshirts printed I squeezed in a special request.  This is from a colored pencil drawing I did several years ago.  

Awards for the national Tan rabbit club

This year everyone gets a Tan triangle award.  Well, not "the" award but it's in the most important shape for the breed.
