Wow!

Some of the best things are unexpected things. When they showed me they had selected my drawing for the cover of the program I was nearly speechless. And then they told me about the banner in the park. Wow.

Grand Lodges project

This past week I've been off photographing the grand lodges in Glacier National Park. As much as I would like to work on site like I could with Timberline, it's cost prohibitive to do this far from home. Instead I took lots of pictures so I have lots of material to work from to get the project started on the Grand Lodges the railroad built around McDonald Lake. This year we had to push the trip way back because of the road closures and smoke from the forest fires. I hope to go again possibly next year - before the fire season begins.
